Complete Intake
Submit required onboarding information and acknowledge role separation requirements. Initial intake does not require EIN or employee census rosters.
Sign Agreement
Complete the platform participation agreement and acknowledge compliance boundaries - specific commercial terms are presented within the private onboarding flow.
Set Up Access Fee Payment
Organizations set up employer-paid platform access fee payment with the designated administrator. TMH Group does not collect or store banking information, and does not handle insurance premiums.

Organization Enrollment
Organization enrollment is by invitation only. Your Platform Advisor will send you an onboarding link to get started.
- Organization intake and acknowledgments
- Optional post-tax payroll deduction preference capture (member-directed, outside TMH Group premium flow)
