- Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and agency name (for brokers).
- Business Information: Company name, eligible employee range, payroll deduction preferences, and National Producer Number (NPN) for brokers.
- Agreement Data: Tier selections and electronic signatures for MIG (Millennial Insurance Group) agreements.
- Usage Data: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, and timestamps collected automatically through server logs.
Important: TMH Group does not collect banking information, EINs, census data, or exact employee headcounts. ACH and payment processing is handled exclusively by UB TPA, a separate entity.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Facilitate broker and employer onboarding processes.
- Route your information to the appropriate entities (MIG, UB Insurance Agency, UB TPA) as part of the coordination workflow.
- Communicate with you about your account status and platform updates.
- Maintain compliance records and audit logs.
- Improve and maintain our platform.
4. Information Sharing
We share your information only with the entities necessary to provide our services:
- Millennial Insurance Group (MIG): Receives tier selection and agreement data for platform advisor revenue management.
- UB Insurance Agency: Licensed producer that handles insurance education and enrollment.
- UB TPA: Handles all ACH, payment, and premium remittance. Banking information submitted through ACH forms is collected and stored exclusively by UB TPA.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL).
- Row-level security policies on our database to ensure users can only access their own data.
- Secure authentication for administrative access.
- Regular security reviews and monitoring.
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
